The origins
Baob House was designed and built in the 90’s by Mario and Gloria, Marco’s parents, as their African family holiday home.
They spent years filling it with love, memories, and more than a little partying with friends. Today, that same spirit is what we share with every guest who walks through the gate.
Today
Baob House welcomes up to 9 guests across four ensuite bedrooms, each with its own character. Outside, a pool, a garden full of rare tropical plants, and a vegetable patch that supplies our kitchen — mango, papaya, passion fruit, bananas, and eggs fresh from our own hens.
You won’t need to lift a finger. Our chef will cook for you, our maids will take care of your room and laundry, and if you fancy a massage, we’ll bring it to you — in your room, or right there in the garden.
Need a car? We’ll sort it. Prefer something more fun? Our private tuk tuk is yours for the length of your stay.
